iCervico
A disruptive new concept in implantology.
The first digital intermediate abutment for one-abutment-one-time protocols. Less, done better: fewer components, fewer steps, superior results.

One i-base, placed once, for the entire treatment
iCervico exemplifies the principle that simplicity leads to superior results. With fewer components, the system reduces complexity and protects the tissue, while the i-base allows direct scanning across both the surgical and prosthetic phases.
- Fewer components and fewer adjustments
- Minimized transgingival disconnections and tissue recession
- A chimney-free design that reduces bacterial infiltration
- Greater prosthesis stability with no marginal micro-gap
Four components. One elegant system
i-base
A single digital abutment for every stage. Quad-surface geometry with a 10° bevel and 15° emergence angle, in multiple cuff heights. Placed once and never removed.
iCervico Healers
Customizable healers in small, medium, and large, centered or offset, freely oriented on the i-base independent of the implant connection.
AR and R Sleeves
Anti-rotational and rotational sleeves for single and multiple-unit prostheses. The AR-sleeve doubles as a scan post.
Retention Screw
High-strength Ti6Al4V alloy with a 30 N/cm torque capacity and up to 30° of angle correction in any direction.
A true one-abutment, one-time workflow

Install the i-base
The i-base is installed once at implant placement or uncovery and is never removed again, enabling a true one-abutment, one-time protocol.

Install the healer
Place the iCervico healer onto the i-base and orient it freely, without affecting the digital protocol.

Deliver the prosthesis
Seat the screw-retained prosthesis on the i-base. The quad-surface geometry ensures a precise fit with no micro-gap.
